Hello!  I'm Ellen Robinson - Personal Trainer .

I run a small, private fitness studio fully equipped with the usual gym equipment. It is non-threatening, informal and friendly. 

• Perfect for individual sessions or small groups who prefer to exercise in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

• Perfect if you are new to exercise, feel apprehensive or self-conscious  and want to be out of public gaze!

• Perfect if you feel vulnerable and need bringing back to health as a result of medical problems such as an operation or an injury.

Welcome to Fun Fitness Aerobics Classes

Here is one of  my  Fun Fitness classes doing something funny for money for Red Nose Day - the only time you will see me in a red wig! This was an hour's aerobics followed by a Red Nose Quiz, Tea and Cake!

• Fun Fitness classes are  energizing and FUN! Here you can dance your way to fitness in an upbeat class featuring a happy mix of dance and aerobic exercises suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels.

•The classes are warm, friendly and welcoming with each routine choreographed to music building up into a session that is almost like a party dance! Exercise does not have to be deadly serious - you can smile, laugh and dance yourself fit!

Welcome to FAB Fitness Chair Classes

F A B - Fifty  And Beyond!   

No - we are not cheerleaders! This is one of my Fab Fitness Classes doing a fun summer routine with pompoms!   The  age range is  58 - 96 years old!                                                                                         

Fab Fitness Classes are fun friendly classes for those aged 50+ who want to keep fit but would like  something a little slower. 

The classes start with a chair warm up, followed by some stand up music and movement routines to fun music. Then the chairs are placed round the sides of the room and as we move from chair to chair we do a circuit of different exercises.   

Fab Fitness classes are life-changing and full of laughter.  The feedback from FabFit clients is just amazing, proving you are never too old to get fitter and stronger!

Try something new  ...... CYCLE!

The Lonely Planet Guide ranked the Isle of Wight as the No.1 place to cycle in the world! “The Isle of Wight is a cycling paradise.” If you haven’t ridden a bike for a long time or maybe never learnt to ride a bike, the Island is a perfect place to do it with lots of traffic free cycle paths through lovely countryside. I have helped a number of clients  learn to ride a bike or rediscover their love of cycling. Cycling is  perfect exercise, low impact, leg strengthening and easy on the knees.

Try something new ...... KAYAK!

The Isle of Wight is an amazing place to get fit and stay fit. On summer days I take clients to the beach for a run, an outdoor workout or a kayak session! Kayaking is easy to learn, good fun and offers a great work out for the arms, shoulders and waistline. Follow this with a swim to cool off and you have a super training session and a fun way to get fit!
